Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, or self-esteem, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow. You might be initially hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but when you do, you will feel confident that you are taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better place and being a better you.

Counseling and Therapy
Counseling and Therapy because behavior is the fruit, not the root.
Counseling looks at “what” (behavior) you’re doing while Therapy looks at the “why” (root) of what you’re doing.
I practice from a relational model in that you are a person to be seen, known and valued, not a problem to be solved. We’ll sit together for a season and discover better ways for you to do life.
